BENJI’ MOVIE: REVIEW

BENJI is a remake of a well-known film from 1974. It’s a family-friendly film about two kids who recently lost their father and the affection they share with a stray dog. The suspense in this action-adventure film keeps the audience’s interest throughout the entire narrative.

Benji becomes an orphan after his mother is taken by the pound. He is a homeless person who eats and sleeps wherever he can. He travels a long way to the city where he meets Carter, hidden in furniture on the back of a pick-up truck in a series of hilariously cunning situations.

Benji is wary and unsure of whom to trust, so the boy tries to feed the dog some strawberries. He flees and finds refuge in a crack in the building’s side. The boy departs with the strawberries. Benji follows Carter and his sister, Frankie, home after realizing the boy isn’t a threat. He ascends several stairs and shows up in their window.

Although “Benji” may be far too simplistic for adults to enjoy much, it encourages active viewing in children and features largely role-model conduct from its young heroes. However, parents should be aware that everyone will want to acquire a dog of their own after seeing it.

CONCLUSION

Family-friendly film BENJI promotes God, prayer, love, loyalty, compassion, and the value of treating one’s parents with respect and has a heartwarming plot. Excellent leading child actors portray various emotions, including joy, horror, wrath, and grief. The narrative moves along rapidly with no pauses or superfluous sequences. The film’s beginning opens with stunning shots of the Texas countryside where Benji resides. The interaction between the dog and the kids follows naturally from there.

The family-friendly film BENJI, available on Netflix, features some anima mistreatment, brief fight sequences, and serious themes, including death, loss, and kidnapping. So, younger youngsters should use caution.
